Joe is a qualified roofer with 18 years of experience. He has earnt a reputation amongst the Auckland building and roofing industry as being a highly competent and efficient roofer. Demand for Joe’s services while working as an employee motivated him to go out on his own. Joe leads a team of qualified and experienced roofers ensuring quality results. Royden is Joe’s father and has many years of sales, operations, logistics and administration experience. He has led and managed large and small teams in both public and private sector businesses. In addition, Royden's experience operating his own businesses in transport, logistics and hospitality sectors has also been instrumental to CRR's daily management.
It's all about family
Patrick is Joe’s younger brother and has 13 years of roofing experience. In addition to being a highly competent re-roof and new roof tradesman Patrick is also CRR’s authority on roof repairs. As a senior member of the CRR roofing team, he works along side with Joe and leads the CRR team on a daily basis.
The combining of Joe’s roofing experience and industry reputation with Royden’s sales, administrative and operational background is the foundation for Central Roofing and Repairs (CRR) business model. Having Patrick involved further supports the family values of quality work and a customer-first focus.
With Joe and Patrick managing the roofing side of the business and Royden calling on his extensive background in sales, administration and operations experience CRR has ambitions to grow a long-term sustainable business.
